  • Dr. Nicolette Richer, DSocSci, is the CEO and Founder of Richer Health Consulting, Ltd.®, Green Moustache Organic Cafes, Sea to Sky Thrivers Society, and Kulandira Healing. Nicolette is a serial entrepreneur, Chronic Disease Reversal Specialist, author, PBWF endurance athlete, speaker, podcast host, lululemon ambassador, yoga instructor, and most importantly, a mom of three world-shaking girls.

    A savvy wellness expert, Nicolette has created a multitude of services and programs to reach her mission of teaching 22 million people how to eradicate their chronic diseases using food as medicine. Over the past 18 years, she’s helped thousands of people reverse their diagnosed chronic diseases using metabolic nutrition, detoxification, and cellular regeneration.

    Nicolette has spoken globally to captivate audiences on how to Eat Real to Heal and has even personally catered to Tony Robbins and his Platinum team.

    With 25+ years as an international speaker, including a TEDx talk and successful Dragons’ Den appearance, named a Force for Good by Tony Robbins, and years researching the connection between the microbiome, obesity, Type 2 diabetes, mental health, infertility, CF, cancer, autoimmune illnesses, and more, Nicolette is equipped and ready to help you achieve optimal health.

DR. ALESSANDRO NICOLOSI

Hemodialysis Practitioner, CEO Life Experience S.R.L.

  • Dr. Alessandro  Nicolosi  graduated from the University of Medicine and Surgery of Catania, specializing in nephrology and hemodialysis. With a deep passion for integrative medicine, he has explored natural therapies in various parts of the world, including California and China. This journey led him to earn a Master's degree from the University of Catania in "Integrative Medicine and Food Management for Cancer Prevention and Treatment." He is also expert in juice therapy and intestinal wellness.

    An expert ozone therapist, Dr.  Nicolosi  earned a Master's Degree in Oxygen-Ozone Therapy from the University of Chieti-Pescara. His professional work focuses primarily on deep cellular detoxification, targeted supplementation, and metabolic management.

    To offer holistic support to his patients, Dr.  Nicolosi  also earned a Master's degree in coaching, improving his patients' emotional management. He also completed a course in facial and neck injections to address blemishes and disharmonies in these areas using natural approaches. His therapeutic approach focuses on identifying the underlying causes of illnesses, rather than the symptoms, and aims to make the treatment process as natural and gentle as possible.

PIERRE RICHER

Green Moustache Cafe Owner, Chef, COO

  • In his ‘pre-Green Moustache life’, Pierre’s career was consistently been infused with social interaction, teaching/education, involvement in the community and spending as much time outdoors as humanly possible. After the birth of their third daughter, Pierre and Nicolette both could feel the void in their community when it came to being able to provide their family with nutritious, local, and organic food. Pierre’s inquisitive personality, love for tasty food and natural kitchen skills made him the perfect partner to co-found the very first 100% organic, plant-based café in Canada.

    Together, he and Nicolette opened The Green Moustache Organic Café, an educational safe-haven where the community can gather around a bowl of warm soup, a salad bowl containing all the colours of the rainbow, or a boosting nutrient-dense shot of superfoods. As the Director of Operations, Pierre co-creates The Green Moustache’s delicious menu, manages both Whistler locations, and coaches all Green Moustache franchisees to successfully serving their community clean, healing food and juices.

  • Scott Loewen combines decades of experience in trades, engineering, and business leadership with a gift for building meaningful relationships.

    At Richer Health and Kulandira, he leads strategic partnerships and fundraising efforts, advancing transformative wellness projects that unite whole-food nutrition with psychedelic-assisted therapy.
